Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to take payment and deliver a digital report: email, payment metadata from Creem (Merchant of Record), order status, and the report file itself.

API keys

We do not store customer API keys in our database. Inference for measurements runs under your account. Keys are not persisted as product data.

Prompts & eval sets

Treated as trade secrets. Deleted after report delivery. Not used to train models or to publish cross-customer industry benchmarks.

Payments

Card data is handled by Creem. See Creem's privacy policy. We store event IDs and amounts needed for order reconciliation.
